岗位职责:
- 课堂教学协作: 协助主课老师进行日常课堂教学,维护课堂纪律,凭借自身国象专业能力对有需要的学员进行针对性的课中指导、复盘与答疑。
- 周训练计划跟进: 课后负责跟进、追踪每位学员的每周训练计划,检查作业与网络对局练习,确保学员的训练计划落实到位。
- 家校沟通桥梁: 协助主课老师整理学生的日常学习数据与训练反馈,保持与家长的良好日常沟通,反馈孩子的训练进展。
- 校区及赛事支持: 配合俱乐部或校区的日常运营需求,在俱乐部举办的大型国际青少年赛事中协助赛事统筹。

Chess Program Teaching Assistant
At Chessmate, a Teaching Assistant (TA) is far more than just administrative support; you are a vital pipeline for our elite coaching team and a cornerstone of our instructional system. You will provide hard-core instructional support during class and act as a crucial bridge after class to accompany and witness the growth of every student.

What We Are Looking For:
- Solid Competitive Background: Professional chess career background, holding at least the title of “National Second-Class Athlete” or an equivalent FIDE rating.
- In-Class Collaboration & Observation: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Utilizing your own strong chess foundation, you can sharply spot students’ learning states and bottlenecks during class, efficiently assist the lead coach in classroom management, and provide high-quality individual guidance and Q&A.
- Post-Class Execution & Follow-Up: Strong sense of responsibility and data-tracking abilities. Able to strictly follow up on each student’s weekly training plan after class, supervise and record their daily exercises/online games, and provide timely feedback to lead coaches and parents.
- Approachability & Values: Patient, meticulous, and passionate about education. Embodying a “Growth Mindset,” you know how to use encouraging and guiding methods to spark training enthusiasm in younger or beginner students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Instructional Assistance: Assist the lead coach in daily classroom teaching, maintain discipline, and leverage your chess expertise to provide targeted in-class guidance, game reviews, and Q&A for students in need.
- Weekly Training Plan Follow-Up: Responsible for following up and tracking each student’s weekly training plan after class, checking homework and online game practices to ensure training plans are strictly executed.
- Home-School Communication Bridge: Assist the lead coach in organizing students’ daily learning data and training feedback, maintaining smooth daily communication with parents regarding their child’s training progress.
- Campus & Tournament Support: Coordinate with the club or campus’s daily operational needs, and assist in tournament logistics during large-scale international youth tournaments hosted by the club.
