岗位职责：
- 主要负责浦东校区各级别课程的日常课堂训练与高水平梯队教学。
- 执行并协助优化符合国际标准的训练课程。
- 全面评估学生的发展，不仅关注等级分和技术，更注重评估学生在压力下的心理韧性与逻辑成长。
- 在国内外各项赛事中，为校区学员提供现场或远程的赛事指导与心理陪伴。

At Chessmate, we deeply believe that chess is a powerful vehicle for a student’s comprehensive growth. Our coaching not only focuses on technical mastery but also dedicates itself to cultivating core competencies, including psychological resilience, deep focus, and strict logical thinking. We are committed to building an open, highly effective, and international learning environment that sparks a lifelong passion for chess in our students. With the ongoing expansion of our club, we are currently seeking a coach with a professional competitive background to primary lead the teaching and competitive team development at our Pudong Campus.

What We Are Looking For:
- Professional Competitive Background: Professional chess career background, holding at least the title of “National First-Class Athlete” or above (or equivalent official professional technical titles).
- Teaching Experience & Classroom Command: Proven track record with solid chess coaching experience. Passionate, energetic, and highly engaging personality with a strong presence to inspire the classroom, combined with excellent command over classroom discipline and training tempo.
- Educational Philosophy: Strong alignment with “Growth Mindset” principles, prioritizing individualized instruction and utilizing encouraging, guiding approaches to help students navigate winning and losing.
- Geographic Commitment: Able to work long-term and stably at the Pudong Campus, deeply engaging with local teaching development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsible for daily classroom training and high-level competitive team teaching across various levels at the Sunland Campus.
- Execute and assist in optimizing advanced training curricula that align with international standards.
- Provide comprehensive evaluations of student development, focusing not only on ratings and technical skills but also on their psychological resilience and logical growth under pressure.
- Provide on-site or remote coaching, strategic guidance, and psychological support for campus students during domestic and international tournaments.
